Cellular Technology Europe Limited (CTEL), located in Birmingham, UK, is a subsidiary of Cellular Technology International Inc. (CTII) located in Kennesaw (Atlanta), Georgia, USA. CTII was formed in 1985 and has over the years broadened into a full line additives company through agency and distribution agreements, as well as the establishment of manufacturing facilities for a broad line of anti-static additives, amine catalysts and flame retardants for flexible, rigid and elastomeric polyurethane and textile industry.
